Orders from $30.01 to $50.00 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $1.99.

Orders from $00.01 to $30.00 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $2.99.

All orders are shipped through the USPS (United States Postal Service)

If you require shipping by other methods such as FedEx, UPS or DHL please contact our office for a shipping quote.

INSURANCE:

For Domestic orders shipped within the United States insurance is optional.

For International orders shipped outside the United States insurance is not available.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
If you have an item to be returned, please contact us so that we may issue a RA (Return Authorization) number for you. Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping and handling costs, including taxes, duties and brokerage fees, will not be refunded. Damaged goods will be accepted for even exchange only.
